LITTLE BIT OF ORANGE...

I picked up this chair off craiglist for $2.  The leg was broken. I didn't know how to fix it...so it just sat in the garage for a couple weeks.

I got enough confidence to attempt the repair and reupholstering.

I removed all the nails and all the fabric. Notice how bad the legs are.

After all was removed, i sprayed with lysol to sanitize and deodorize.

I sanded down the legs and painted a deep flat black.

I loved this fun and bright fabric the moment i saw it.

I added fresh padding to the entire chair.

 

Here is the finished product. I love it.  I now have the chair for sale on craigslist.

Ok, that's a totally amazing transformation, I love that gorgeous orange fabric!I'm very inspired to do the same! :)
