i am starting a new post beginning every monday. it is called monday motivation. i am doing this because we all know how good we feel when we accomplish things...any thing! even the littlest goal makes you proud.
in 2008 i have a lot of goals...as usual to get in shape. i am starting january 1. tomorrow morning. i am very excited to get on track. i have all that i need...me and the outside. - or treadmill.
i will start by starting a walking workout that i received from my sister for Christmas...
i challenge you to a daily goal...i will list my daily goal...it may be just something little...but it will be more than i am doing now!
my fitness goal for 2008 is to start running again and be able to run 5 miles in 35 minutes...normally it takes me 1 hour to run 5 miles.
my weight goal for 2008 is to lose 60 lbs.
my spiritual goal is to get back into volunteering at church and into a Christ Renews His Parish program.
my personal goal is to stop yelling, to smile more, and to clean the house better.
my mother-ly goal is to be a more kind to my children.
my wife-ly goal us to be more forgiving or HIS shortcomings... ;-p
so, say prayers for me. it all changes tomorrow!
