I joined weight watcher's again..again, yeah i know...but i am going to stick with it this time.
i ran again this morning...4 miles...i ran saturday 2.4...so 6.4 miles sat and sun....my goal is to run 4 miles per day....and increase my speed to get it done in one hour....
monday i ran 4 miles...plan on increasing to five miles on Wednesday...took tuesday off. late night triple overtime hockey game!
