First day of school...i am now the mother of two middle schoolers!
Bradley is in 7th grade this year... while i see him growing everyday, i still mostly see my little baby...he melts my heart and is turning into a fine young man...who likes girls and wants to have a girlfriend...my response "bradley, tell me what 'having a girlfriend' means, before i give you my answer"...
...and daddy is so proud too. He is just the best daddy. he doesn't want to miss a day of anything about them.
and my little blossom...she is growing up right before my eyes too...i still see her little baby face, as well. i especially see my baby in her eyes. She is growing up to be one heck of an athlete and a great mother figure to john. she has already claimed him once she "graduates college and gets married," she says...
boy, do they love their daddy...he is so good to them...every day when daddy comes home, they all three run to the door..."daddy's home" ~ meanwhile i am standing there thinking, "wait a minut, i made you breakfast this morning, got you out the door to school, had an afternoon light meal ready when you stepped off the bus after school, helped with your homework, made dinner, got you ready for your sports, drove you to your sports, chased john around the whole two hours, drove back home, and you just leave me behind and say "daddy's home"...
Blossom, Carrie, Bradley, and Ford. Carrie and Ford live in the neighborhood...this is at the bus stop.
...and they're off.
john wanted to take pictures of us...here's daddy...
...and here's mommy...i am blurry, but this is normally how i am, blurry!
